CIS
The CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) is a regional intergovernmental organization established in 1991 after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. It brings together a number of post-Soviet states, with its headquarters in Minsk. Ukraine was a founding member and participant; it halted participation in CIS statutory bodies in 2018 and formally announced its withdrawal from the organization in 2023 following Russia's full-scale invasion.

Ukraine says Russia plans international propaganda telebridge over Oleshky
Ukraine’s intelligence directorate says Russia is preparing an international propaganda “telebridge” to conceal war crimes in occupied Oleshky, discredit Ukraine’s Defense Forces and weaken foreign support. The Zoom event is planned for October 22, with representatives of 80 countries and international organizations reportedly targeted.
