Sibur
Sibur is Russia's largest integrated petrochemicals company, processing natural gas and oil by-products into polymers, synthetic rubbers and other chemical products. Founded in Tobolsk in the 1980s as a Soviet state enterprise, it is headquartered in Moscow and is controlled by a consortium of investors closely associated with the Russian leadership.
