State Emergency Service of Ukraine
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) is the central executive body responsible for civil protection, emergency response, rescue operations and fire safety. It operates under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and coordinates regional and local units across the country. Its teams respond to fires, explosions, structural collapses and other incidents, including those caused by Russian strikes.
