Zelensky confirms US warned it could halt intelligence sharing if strikes on Russian oil refineries continue
President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview with NPR, published on October 13, that the Trump administration warned Ukraine it could stop sharing intelligence if Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries do not cease. The warning was delivered to his generals rather than to him personally, Zelensky said. Trump publicly denied any halt, but Semafor reported the White House is still weighing the move, with CIA Director John Ratcliffe among those opposing it. The statement came after two consecutive nights of Russian ballistic strikes on Kyiv with no advance warning from partners.
