Drone attack hits Tol'yatti Kaunchuk plant in Russia, triggering major fire
Ukrainian forces attacked the Tol'yatti Kaunchuk chemical plant in Russia's Samara region overnight into October 24, causing a major fire, the General Staff said. The plant produces synthetic rubber used in solid propellant for tactical and ballistic missiles. The strike was part of a wider series of attacks on Russian industrial and military targets.
