S-300V
The S-300V is a Soviet and Russian anti-aircraft missile system developed by the Almaz design bureau and entered service in 1984. Unlike the standard S-300, it is designed to protect ground forces and battlefield assets against ballistic missiles, aircraft, helicopters and drones, including in heavy electronic-warfare conditions. Its core components are self-propelled launchers on tracked chassis, a multi-function radar and guided interceptor missiles. Produced in the USSR and later in Russia, it remains in service with the Russian army and has also been supplied to Ukraine.
