The Ryazan Oil Refinery is one of the largest oil refineries in Russia, located in the city of Ryazan. It operates as part of the vertically integrated oil company Rosneft. The plant carries out primary crude oil processing and produces a wide range of petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricants and other petrochemicals.
