Tactical Missiles Corporation
Tactical Missiles Corporation (KTRV) is a Russian state-owned company that brings together enterprises designing and manufacturing missile weapons, including tactical missiles for the Russian armed forces. It is headquartered in Moscow and is part of the state corporation Rostec. Its subsidiaries produce anti-ship, air-defence, aviation and coastal missiles, including the Kalibr, Bastion, Bal and Uran systems.

Ukrainian forces strike Russian missile-component plant, oil refinery, and air defense assets
On the night of September 25–26, 2026, Ukraine's Defense Forces, including the SBU's Alpha Special Operations Center and the Ukrainian Navy, struck the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant in Rostov Oblast and the Ilysky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai, along with a Pantsir-S2 air defense system, an ammunition depot, and a P-18 Terek radar. Ukrainian-made Neptune cruise missiles and Ruta, Palyanytsya, and Bars jet drone-missiles were used in the strike on the Azov plant, a key supplier of components for Russian guided weapons.
