Slovakia and Russia to resume intergovernmental talks in Moscow on 26 October
Slovakia and Russia will hold the first meeting of their intergovernmental commission on economic, scientific and technical cooperation since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in 2022. The meeting in Moscow on 26 October will focus primarily on energy, including possible Russian gas supplies and continued oil deliveries, against the backdrop of the EU’s planned phase-out of Russian fossil fuels.
