Drone attack suspected after commercial vessel Khoryv sinks near Romania
A commercial vessel sank in the Black Sea about 24 km from Constanta, Romania, on 23 October after what Romanian authorities said was a drone attack. Rescuers recovered nine crew members alive and one body, while three people remained missing. Ukrainian and European officials attributed the attack to Russia and described it as an escalation affecting civilian shipping beyond Ukrainian ports.
