Russkiy Mir Foundation
Rossotrudnichestvo is a Russian federal agency established in 2008 to promote Russian language and culture abroad and to maintain ties with compatriots living outside Russia. It is headed by a director appointed by the Russian government; Alexei Likhnov took over the role in 2024. The agency reports directly to the President of the Russian Federation and is funded from the federal budget.
