Russia struck Ukraine overnight on September 3–4 with a Kh-31 guided aircraft missile and 121 drones, about half of them jet-powered. Ukrainian air defense reported intercepting most of the incoming targets, but strikes and falling debris hit multiple locations, killing at least one person in Odesa and two police officers in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, with damage reported in Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast, Cherkasy, and Brovary.
