Russian House
The Russian House in Berlin (Russisches Haus) is a cultural and business centre established on Russia's initiative to promote Russian language, education and culture abroad. Located on Friedrichstraße, it operated under Russian state structures, notably Rossotrudnichestvo, and ran language courses, exhibitions and public events. After Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the premises were leased to private entities, prompting a Berlin prosecutor's investigation into possible sanctions violations.
