Ministry of Infrastructure of Romania
Romania's Ministry of Infrastructure is the central executive body of the Romanian Government responsible for policy in transport, road and motorway construction, civil aviation, railway services, and the development of port and logistics infrastructure. It is headed by a minister appointed by the government. Since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the ministry has played a central role in decisions on the transit of Ukrainian grain and on the use of Romanian ports and rail corridors for Ukrainian exports.

Poland and Romania refuse to expand Ukrainian grain transit as Black Sea blockade drives export crisis
Poland and Romania have declined Ukraine's request to increase grain transit through their territories, citing the interests of their own farmers. Ukraine's agriculture minister traveled to Brussels to warn of a "very, very critical" situation, with up to 35 million tons of grain potentially stuck in the country and next year's sown area projected to shrink by 35–40% if the Black Sea blockade continues.
