Register of Damages for Ukraine
The Register of Damages for Ukraine is an international mechanism established to record and catalogue claims for compensation for damage, loss or injury caused by Russia's aggression against Ukraine. It was set up in May 2023 at the Summit of the Council of Europe in Reykjavík as the first component of a broader International Compensation Mechanism. The Register's Secretariat operates within the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
