Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property
The Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property is an international compensation mechanism established by the Joint Working Group of the Ukraine Support Coalition under the Council of Europe. Launched in Kyiv in April 2024, it records claims for damage caused to civilian infrastructure, housing, businesses and individuals as a result of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine. The register is intended to build a documentary basis for future reparations, including through a dedicated compensation fund.

Ukraine's Diia portal opens four new claim categories in international Register of Damage
Ukraine's Diia portal launched four new categories of applications to the international Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U). The categories cover loss of access to medical care, loss of access to education, other violations of international law, and other economic losses. Applications are submitted through the Diia portal and forwarded automatically to the Register.
