RANEPA
RANEPA (the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation) is a major Russian state university headquartered in Moscow and reporting directly to the President of Russia. It trains civil servants, economists and managers, and runs research institutes that advise the Russian government on economic and social policy. Its alumni and graduates include many senior Russian officials, including prime ministers and cabinet members.
