A locally mediated ceasefire in occupied Olekshy enabled the delivery of humanitarian aid and the evacuation of nearly 800 people, according to Melania Trump. Ukrainian authorities said Russian forces used the pause to rotate troops, fortify positions and expand logistics, while evacuees returning to Ukrainian-controlled territory traveled through Russia and Belarus.
