PURL (Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List)
PURL (Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List) is a mechanism for coordinating Ukraine's priority defence and military equipment needs, established as part of international support following Russia's full-scale invasion. The list is compiled jointly by Ukraine and partner countries, including the United States and European states, to align arms deliveries. Its administration is linked to NATO structures and the Ukraine Defense Contact Group.
