The Port of Sochi is a seaport on the Black Sea coast in Krasnodar Krai, Russia, located in the city of Sochi. Ukraine strikes Moscow region and Sochi port in overnight drone and unmanned-boat salvo
Overnight on September 2–3, Russia said its air defenses intercepted 416 drones launched across multiple regions, while uncrewed surface vessels struck the port of Sochi. Ukraine's Naval Forces confirmed the Russian ship Nefrit was hit in Sochi, and a separate strike was reported on a Russian BK-16 boat in occupied Sevastopol. Drone impacts were reported in the Moscow region, including an apartment building in Kubinka located near a military airbase.
