Poltava Oblast Military Administration
The Poltava Oblast Military Administration (OVA) is a regional executive body of state power in Ukraine's Poltava Oblast, established in 2022 after the introduction of martial law. It is headed by a head appointed by the President of Ukraine, who coordinates local government, ensures the defence and security of the region, and liaises with the Armed Forces during the war.
