Poltava Oblast Military Administration
The Poltava Oblast Military Administration is a state authority body in Ukraine, established in 2022 after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion to govern Poltava Oblast under martial law. It is headed by a chief appointed by decree of the President of Ukraine. The administration performs the functions of the regional state administration, coordinates local authorities, and ensures the defence and civil protection of the region's population.

A Russian drone struck the Epitsentr shopping complex in Poltava on 25 October, causing a fire and injuring a 52-year-old woman. Explosions were reported at around 10:00 a.m., while other drone attacks damaged 25 private homes, a business, and educational and medical facilities across the city.

Russian drones strike TV station and energy facility in Kremenchuk
Russian drones struck the building of the private TV and radio company Vizyt in Kremenchuk and an energy infrastructure facility in Kremenchuk district during the night of October 22. Fires broke out at both sites and were extinguished by rescuers. Preliminary information indicated no casualties, while Vizyt continued broadcasting but temporarily suspended the preparation and airing of news programs.
