Polish Border Guard
The Polish State Border Guard (Straż Graniczna) is a uniformed service within Poland's Ministry of the Interior and Administration, tasked with guarding the country's land and sea borders, conducting border controls, and preventing illegal migration. It was established in 1991, succeeding the earlier border protection forces. The service also cooperates with the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) and other international partners.
