Polish Ministry of Infrastructure
The Polish Ministry of Infrastructure is the central government body of the Republic of Poland responsible for transport policy, including road, rail, air, maritime and inland waterways, as well as for road infrastructure and maritime administration. It is headed by a minister who sits on the Council of Ministers. The ministry handles regulatory and logistical matters linked to freight transit across Poland's borders, including the movement of goods to and from Ukraine.

Poland and Romania have declined Ukraine's request to increase grain transit through their territories, citing the interests of their own farmers. Ukraine's agriculture minister traveled to Brussels to warn of a "very, very critical" situation, with up to 35 million tons of grain potentially stuck in the country and next year's sown area projected to shrink by 35–40% if the Black Sea blockade continues.
