Government Centre for Security
Poland's Government Centre for Security (Rządowe Centrum Bezpieczeństwa, RCB) is a Polish government agency responsible for coordinating the country's response to crises and threats to national security. It operates under the Prime Minister's office and monitors threats, issues alerts to the public, and coordinates the actions of state services during civil, military, and natural emergencies. The centre also runs the SMS-based Alert warning system and serves as a key element of Poland's civil defence infrastructure.
