Podilskyi Bridge
The Podilskyi Bridge is an unfinished road and rail crossing over the Dnieper River in Kyiv, intended to link the Podil neighbourhood on the right bank with the left-bank districts of the city. Construction has been underway since the 1990s and has been repeatedly delayed and redesigned.

Russian drones struck Kyiv overnight on October 2, hitting the Pivdennyi (Southern) Bridge for at least the fourth time in 24 hours around 5:00 a.m. In the Darnytskyi district, a drone hit a 25-storey residential building, killing one person and injuring two. Three major bridges across the Dnipro were closed or restricted, forcing widespread rerouting of bus and trolleybus services.
