Brussels meeting to discuss Ukraine’s security guarantees and postwar recovery
Representatives of Ukraine, the United States, several European countries, NATO, the EU and the World Bank are scheduled to meet in Brussels on November 4 to discuss Ukraine’s security guarantees, postwar reconstruction and economic recovery. The working-level talks will continue discussions held in Miami and Oslo and help prepare for trilateral working-level negotiations involving Ukraine, Russia and the United States in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11.
