Russian strikes on Kyiv kill one, disrupt power and water
Russian forces attacked Kyiv overnight on October 30 and with drones again in the evening, killing one person and damaging homes and critical infrastructure. Power outages affected parts of four Kyiv districts, while water service was disrupted by the loss of electricity. Emergency and utility crews responded as drone warnings were in effect in the capital and its region.
