Zelensky orders free Kyiv surface transport programme and bus reserve
President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered the government to prepare a programme offering free travel on Kyiv's surface public transport and secure a sufficient bus reserve. The measures are intended to maintain accessible transport if the metro or bridges across the Dnipro are disrupted, following damage to the Northern Bridge and interruptions to electric transport.
