Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is the consultative body of the Council of Europe, made up of members of the national parliaments of the member states. It meets in Strasbourg, elects the Council of Europe's Secretary General and the judges of the European Court of Human Rights, and adopts resolutions and recommendations on human rights, democracy and the rule of law.

Ukraine's Diia portal adds four new claim categories to international Register of Damage
Ukraine's Diia government-services portal has launched four new claim categories for the international Register of Damage for Ukraine (RD4U), allowing Ukrainians to formally document war-related losses including loss of access to medical care and education, other violations of international law, and other economic damages. The Register, established in 2023 under the Council of Europe and based in The Hague, is intended to form the evidentiary basis of a future compensation mechanism that would ultimately require Russia to pay reparations.
