Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is the statutory organ of the Council of Europe, composed of parliamentarians from all member states of the organisation. It serves as a forum for debate on democracy, human rights and the rule of law and adopts resolutions and recommendations, including on member states' compliance with their obligations to the Council of Europe. The Assembly is based in Strasbourg. Ukraine is a member of the Council of Europe and is represented in PACE by its own parliamentary delegation.
