OVA
The OVA (Oblast Military Administration, in Ukrainian: Обласна військова адміністрація) is a body of state authority in Ukraine set up in individual oblasts during martial law and reporting directly to the President and the General Staff of the Armed Forces. It carries out the functions of both the regional state administration and the local self-government bodies for the duration of the wartime regime. Its heads are appointed by the President and exercise civil-administration, security and defence powers over the respective region.

Russian drone strike hits 9-story residential building in Boryspil, two women hospitalized
In the night of September 5, a Russian drone strike damaged a 9-story residential building in Boryspil, Kyiv Oblast, setting fire to the roof and an apartment. Two women were hospitalized with acoustic barotrauma and closed chest trauma. The Kyiv Oblast Military Administration initially reported no casualties before the head of the administration, Timur Tkachenko, confirmed the injuries.
