Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine
The Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine is the state-owned company that operates Ukraine's main natural gas pipelines and underground storage facilities. Formally known as JSC «Operator of the GTS of Ukraine», it was established in 2019 through the unbundling of NJSC «Naftogaz of Ukraine» to comply with the EU Third Energy Package. The company is responsible for transporting natural gas to consumers and managing gas storage in line with European separation requirements.
