Oleksandr Dovzhenko Film Studio
The Dovzhenko Film Studio is a Ukrainian state-owned film studio located in Kyiv. Founded in 1928 as the Kyiv Film Factory, it went through several name changes and was eventually renamed after the filmmaker Oleksandr Dovzhenko. It is one of the oldest film studios in Ukraine and produced feature films that gained recognition in the Soviet Union and abroad. Since Russia's full-scale invasion, the studio's premises have been damaged by Russian drone strikes.
