Ukraine’s blocked Black Sea ports deepen export crisis, National Bank says
Ukraine’s National Bank estimates that disrupted maritime trade through blocked Black Sea ports will cost the agricultural sector $4.6 billion in export receipts from July through December 2026. The disruption is already hitting metallurgy, farmers and rail logistics, while alternative routes provide only a partial recovery.
