Odesa Military Administration
The Odesa Military Administration is a regional state body of Ukraine established in Odesa Oblast under martial law. It is headed by a head appointed by the President of Ukraine. The administration oversees territorial defence, coordinates local government bodies, and manages security and humanitarian affairs in the region.

Russian strikes hit Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih and Dnipro overnight into 12 September
Russian forces struck four Ukrainian cities with missiles and drones during the night and morning of 12 September. A residential building in Odesa was damaged and six people were hospitalised; drone strikes killed two in Zaporizhzhia; a ballistic-missile strike on an industrial site in Kryvyi Rih killed one and injured two; and a fire broke out at an industrial enterprise in Dnipro with no reported casualties.
