Russian drone strikes disrupt heating and power in Zhytomyr and Cherkasy regions
Russian drone attacks on November 7 damaged heating and electricity infrastructure in Ukraine's Zhytomyr and Cherkasy regions. By the following morning, 140 residential buildings in Zhytomyr still lacked centralized heating, while a destroyed substation in Ovruch was expected to cause a prolonged power outage. Recovery work continued in both regions.
