Ukraine says US has not explained how $400 million military aid will be used
Ukraine has again asked US representatives in Wiesbaden and the Pentagon for details on how $400 million in military assistance will be allocated and spent, but says it received no answer. American officials said nearly all the funds had been contracted or allocated, while Ukrainian officials lack confirmation of the contracts, their location and their intended use.
