NPM Silmet
NPM Silmet is an Estonian company that produces rare earth metals and rare-earth-based chemicals. It operates a plant in Sillamäe, in northeastern Estonia, and is one of the few producers of such materials in Europe. The company was previously owned by the Austrian group Treibacher Industrie AG and later passed to an Icelandic-led group of investors under the Silmet Group name.
