NEURC
The NKREKP (National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission) is Ukraine's state regulatory body responsible for tariff policy, licensing and oversight in the electricity, heat supply, oil and gas sectors, as well as in centralised water supply and wastewater. It operates as a permanently functioning central executive body with a special status, headquartered in Kyiv.
