Russian drone strikes Rivne State Humanitarian University in central Rivne
On the morning of 13 October, a Russian drone struck the Rivne State Humanitarian University building in the centre of Rivne, setting the Faculty of Music Arts on fire and injuring civilians. Rivne Oblast Military Administration head Oleksandr Koval reported the strike and its consequences; Ukrainian authorities later updated the casualty count through the day and opened a war-crime investigation.
