National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission
The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) is the Ukrainian state regulator responsible for tariffs, licensing and oversight in the electricity, natural gas, district heating, oil products and utilities sectors. It operates as a permanent central executive body with a special status. Its independence and the procedure for its formation have been the subject of repeated legislative debate in Ukraine.
