National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity

The National Coordination Center for Cybersecurity (NCCC) is a working body of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, responsible for coordinating state policy in cybersecurity. Established in 2016, it operates under the NSDC and serves as the main channel through which Ukraine engages with international partners on cyber defense, including the Ramstein-format cyber consultations. The center is headed by the NSDC Secretary.
