National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utility Services
The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utility Services (NEURC) is a central collegial body of the executive branch of Ukraine. It is responsible for tariff-setting, licensing and oversight of the markets for electricity, natural gas, heating, oil products and communal services. The regulator is independent of the market participants it oversees and is accountable to the Verkhovna Rada.
