National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) is a state law-enforcement body established in 2014 to investigate corruption offences committed by high-ranking officials. It reports directly to the General Prosecutor and to the Verkhovna Rada, and its director is appointed through an open competition. NABU conducts pre-trial investigations into top-level corruption cases and works in tandem with the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
