National Agency on Corruption Prevention

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) is the central executive body of Ukraine responsible for shaping and implementing the state's anti-corruption policy. It checks asset declarations of public officials, maintains the unified register of declarations, and monitors officials' lifestyles for signs of illicit enrichment. Established in 2014 as part of the anti-corruption reform, the agency is subordinate to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
