Humanitarian ceasefire enables aid and evacuation in occupied Olekshy
A temporary humanitarian ceasefire in and around occupied Olekshy enabled the delivery of food, clean water and medicine and allowed part of the remaining population to evacuate. Ukrainian officials and Pope Leo XIV described the operation as successfully completed, while Melania Trump urged the arrangement to become a starting point for lasting peace.
