Mondelēz International is an American multinational confectionery, food and beverage company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It is one of the world's largest snack producers, with brands including Oreo, Cadbury, Milka, Toblerone, BelVita and Trident. The company was spun off from Kraft Foods in 2012.
