Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova is the central government body of the Republic of Moldova responsible for shaping and conducting the country's foreign policy. It is led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The ministry represents Moldova in its relations with foreign states and international organisations, conducts negotiations on bilateral and multilateral agreements, and handles consular affairs and the protection of Moldovan citizens abroad.

Russian drones strike Starokozache border crossing on Ukraine–Moldova border, killing civilians
Russian strike drones attacked the international automobile border crossing point 'Starokozache' in Odesa Oblast on the Ukraine–Moldova border overnight on 8–9 September 2026.
