Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China (MFA) is the central government body responsible for conducting the foreign policy of Beijing and managing diplomatic relations with foreign states and international organisations. It is headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, who sits on the State Council. The ministry is based in Beijing and serves as the official channel through which the Chinese government communicates with foreign governments and on international affairs.
